We guarantee that our goodies will arrive in perfect condition to the addresses that you originally give us. But we cannot guarantee any shipment for which we have been given an incorrect address.
Re-shipments of returned goods will be charged to your account.
We ship UPS Ground Service & Priority Mail for most deliveries although you have the option of
selecting 2-3 Day UPS or Overnight Service. The charge is determined by the merchandise total (before discounts) for each address. Please choose the amount shown on the order form chart. Please give us complete street addresses and zip code. (No Post Office Boxes, please).
Warm Weather Shipping - Chocolates and some other gifts require special warm weather packaging at an extra cost of $5.00, and may require an extra charge for overnight shipping.
When requesting an arrival date - please allow up to 10 business days for surface delivery.
Worry-Free Holiday Delivery
For guaranteed on time delivery, all Thanksgiving orders should reach us by November 14th, Hanukkah and Christmas by December 12th. After that we recommend UPS 2nd Day Air Service.
