Vermont Fresh Products
Mother Myrick's chocolates and cakes are made from the finest Vermont products...
One of the treasures of living in Vermont is the proximity to many ingredients Mother Myrick's uses to make our confections. The emphasis on quality, care and the personal nature of most Vermont businesses is pervasive throughout our Vermont community. The companies we do business with exemplify these characteristics.
Our Buttercrunch is made with butter from Cabot Creamery whose reputation for award-winning dairy products is widely known. We receive fresh cream and eggs from Thomas Dairy of Rutland, Vermont who points with pride to their hormone-free dairy herd. A variety of our baking ingredients comes from King Arthur Flour of Norwich, Vermont, America's oldest flour company.
We are also blessed to have Callebaut Chocolate processing facilities in St. Albans, Vermont, and nearby St. Hyacinthe, Quebec, where their Belgian-made pure chocolate liquor is the key ingredient in the covertures we use in many of our chocolates and cakes. These and other ingredients are delivered to us with care and pride from companies like Hillcrest Foods of Fairfax, Vermont. Mother Myrick's is a charter member of the Vermont Specialty Foods Association and is a Certified Vermont Made company. We are proud members of Retail Confectioners International and Retail Bakers of America.
Ron has also served as President of the Manchester Vermont Chamber of Commerce. Jacki is a founding member of Women Business Owners of Vermont. Fresh, natural and local ingredients, combined with the pride and care we put into our products, business and community has added so much to the delicious chocolates and cakes we make for you.
